Sunnyland Escargots

Sunnyland Snails, Escargots in French, have a tender texture and mild flavor. Packed without shells there are 72-80 very large snails per can and they are of uniform size. They are carefully cleaned well cooked and tender with a grayish color. Serve them in a warm pool of snail butter, made by mixing butter, garlic, shallots and herbs.
