This product produced from clean, dried California walnut kernels.

Color (Light): No more than 15% shall be darker than light of which only 2% (included in the 15%) may be darker than light amber.

Size (Halves 90%): Halve kernels ≥ 90% (7/8 or more of the kernel intact); Smaller than three-quarter halves ≤ 5% (portion of a half kernel which has more than 1/8 but not more than 1/4 broken off); Through 16/64 inch round hole screen ≤ 1%, (included in the 5% above).
