Riunione Cuttlefish Ink

Riunione Cuttlefish Ink, or ‘Nero di Seppia’, has a smooth oceanic flavour and a brilliant black colour which adds a delicate marine sweetness and colour to pasta or any other dishes.

Riunione harvests ink from the sepia officinalis cuttlefish, taken from the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. The ink is homogenized with salt added, along with a little preservative. Nothing is added to increase the bulk of the product.
